Creamed Honey

Creamed honey is smooth in texture, mild in flavour, spreads like butter and unlike liquid honey, it doesn't drip. The addition of a small amount of crystallised honey (seed) is added to liquid honey accelerating the natural tendency to crystallise. It is still pure honey and retains its natural benefits. Sourced from regional honey varieties in Victoria and has a mild flavour.
