Yellow Box

Yellow box is a favourite honey amongst consumers and is produced from a single eucalyptus tree specie. With its beautiful amber colour, it is a mild bush honey that is smooth and buttery on the tongue with a pleasant citrus after taste. It is dense and slow to crystallize, it makes an excellent spread for toast or crumpets and is suitable drinks or cooking. This product is cold extracted and claimed to have a low Glycemic Index (GI) of 35. Additional information about the eucalyptus tree
