Ingredients: (Makes approximately 25)
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 4 cups of cornflakes
Method:
- Preheat oven to 170°C (325°F) or Gas Mark 3.
- Place the honey, butter and sugar into a large saucepan.
- Bring to the boil then remove the pan from the heat.
- Add the cornflakes to the pan and stir gently until evenly coated with the honey, butter and sugar mixture.
- Spoon mixture into patty pan (paper cake cases).
- Bake for 7 – 10 minutes.
