Creamed honey is smooth, mild in flavour, spreads like butter and unlike liquid honey, it doesn’t drip. The addition of a small amount of seed (candied honey) is added to liquid honey accelerating the natural tendency to a fine crystal. Slowing stirring during the cool temperatures of winter, it is decanted into jars to set. It is still pure honey and retains all the natural benefits as nothing is added in the process.
