Red Stringybark Honey has a medium amber colour. This is an intensely aromatic honey. It has a fresh caramel and warm woody flavour, with hints of spice, musk, toffee finishing notes. Our Red Stringybark will excite your taste buds! A full flavoured honey and is popular for making honey mead. Very pure Red Stringybark can remain liquid for many months.
Red Stringybark trees is a eucalyptus species with outcrops growing in rocky soil types. Good honey flows from this tree can be 5 or more years apart.
